E.T. Horn Company adds Roger Clemens as an
Advisor to FoodTech Group

Clemens, Dr.PH has joined the firm as an advisor to the FoodTech Group. In this capacity, Dr. Clemens will advise E.T. Horn customers and suppliers in the area of nutrition and functional foods.

As one of the world's leading experts in nutrition, Dr. Clemens joined the USC School of Pharmacy after serving as the Scientific Advisor for Nestlé USA for over 20 years. He has published more than 30 original manuscripts and participated in more than 70 invited lectures on the topics of food science and nutrition.

Dr. Clemens is a professional member and fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists and a leader in this society at local (Chair, Southern California IFT) and national levels (Chair, Toxicology and Safety Evaluation Division and Nutrition Divisions, Executive Committee). He is also a member of the American Institute of Nutrition and a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition.
