Solutions
as Distributor in Western States

The E.T. Horn Company, a leading distributor/supplier

today announced that it has entered into an
agreement with Cargill
Soy Protein Solutions to represent its line
of soy protein products throughout the western
United States.

Horn will feature Cargill Soy Protein Solutions’
extensive line of products including, soy flour,
soy flour crisp, textured soy flour, flavored
textured soy flour, soy isolate crisp and Prolísse™,
soy protein isolate. In bakery products, health
foods and many other applications, Cargill soy
flours offer advantages over non-fat dry milk,
including lower cost, increased functionality
and extended shelf life. Prolísse™
soy isolates can be used in nutrition bars,
weight-loss and energy beverages, processed
meat and poultry, meat alternatives, and baked
goods.
