Lisa
Alley-Zarkades has over 20 years of Food Industry experience in positions of
Technical Sales and Technical Sales Management. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of
Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Food Science and Nutrition, Lisa is an active participant
and supporter of the Southern California Food Industry through various trade
organizations including IFT. Lisa’s primary technical focus has been in
starch chemistry, having worked at both A.E. Staley and Avebe America before
returning to E.T. Horn in 1994.
Technical understanding
and application are the central objectives of the E.T. Horn FoodTech Group.
Lisa has helped assemble a uniquely talented and experienced team of Sales
Professionals with impressive backgrounds in Food Science and Chemistry. The
new E.T. Horn Culinary Lab is the latest example of how Lisa and the FoodTech
Group continue to set the standard for technical leadership in the Specialty
Ingredient Distribution Industry.
