The E.T. Horn FoodTech Group is pleased
to announce that Ginny Tadjalli has joined the
team as an Application Specialist, overseeing
the FoodTech Group’s Culinary
Lab and Kitchen.
Ginny will be reviewing all FoodTech product
offerings, formulas, technical literature, and
interacting with both customer and principal
supplier technical service and development personnel.
As an advisor to E.T. Horn, Ginny will maintain
her responsibilities to her consulting firm,
American
Art & Technology Corporation, a provider
of product development and commercialization
services as well as management and engineering
applications to the food industry.
With over 35 years in the food industry Ginny
also brings diverse experience in the areas
of project management; cheese functionality;
development of dairy products, frozen entrees,
sauces and dressings; and innovative applications
of sensory evaluation programs.
