Our portfolio of specialty food ingredients include hydrocolloids, starch, maltodextrins, soy protein, lecithin, soy flour, anti-caking agents, emulsifiers, yeast extracts, flavors, pea starch and protein, high stability oils, gum acacia, mineral salts, Omega-3 fatty acids and natural colors.
