Patty DeGrazzio joined E.T. Horn in 2008. Prior to joining E.T. Horn, Patty was director of product development and management for The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf where she was responsible for menu development and product execution. Before that, she held various positions with Baskin-Robbins over a span of 24 years; including technical and quality services as well directing the research, development and initiation of new products both domestically and internationally. Her expertise in product development includes dairy, bakery, fruit prep, beverage and dry mix co-packing.
Patty holds a BS degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, CA and a M.S. Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Chapman University, Orange CA.. She is an active member of National as well as the Southern California section of IFT. |
