The E.T. Horn FoodTech Group is pleased to have Ginny Tadjalli as the Application Specialist, overseeing the FoodTech Group’s Culinary Lab and Kitchen.
Ginny reviews all FoodTech product offerings, formulas, technical literature, and interacts with both customer and principal suppliers' technical service and development personnel.
As an advisor to E.T. Horn, Ginny maintains her responsibilities to her consulting firm, American Art & Technology Corporation, a provider of product development and commercialization services as well as management and engineering applications to the food industry.
With over 35 years in the food industry Ginny also brings diverse experience in the areas of project management; cheese functionality; development of dairy products, frozen entrees, sauces and dressings; and innovative applications of sensory evaluation programs.
