Frank “Pancho” Alley has worked for E. T. Horn for 13 years. In 2010, Frank joined the newly created Animal Wellness Division as the Business Development Manager.
Frank has 16 years experience in specialty raw materials. He originally joined E. T. Horn in 1991 and left in 2001 to pursue industry opportunities. He worked for major manufactures such as Elementis Specialties (Rheox and Daniels products) and was the Western Region Sales Manager of a national specialty chemicals distributor. Frank rejoined the E. T. Horn family in 2007 as a Product Manager.
Frank Graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administation/Marketing. He is a 2nd degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and holds a World Champion Title for 2008. He is also a certified Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor in the only Gracie approved youth program called Kid-Jitsu. Like most members of the Animal Wellness Group, Frank is passionate about the wellness of animals thru proper and science backed nutrition and nutritional supplements. He owns many animals on his “mini-farm” including an exotic African Spurred Sulcata tortoise .
