Horn Company Announces Agreement to Represent
Products from Centerchem, Inc.
Company also names Roger Thomas to lead Personal
Care Group

- The E.T. Horn Company, a leading distributor/sales
agency of specialty chemical and nutritional
products, today announced it has entered into
an exclusive agreement with Centerchem, Inc.
to represent its line of personal care products
in the western United States. Centerchem is
an important global supplier of quality functional
specialty ingredients used in a wide range of
technology based industries.

According
to a recent Packaged Facts report, the U.S.
market for natural/organic skincare, hair care
and cosmetics items is nearing the $4 billion
mark at retail in 2003, and shall rocket to
$5.8 billion by 2008. "The addition of
the Centerchem line to our family of personal
care products increases our presence in this
growing and dynamic industry," stated Gene
Alley, CEO of the E.T. Horn Company.

Horn also announced that Roger Thomas has joined
the company and will assume the role of vice
president of the Personal Care Group. Previously,
Thomas had been president of Thomas Chemical
Company. "We are very excited to have Roger
join us and lead our Personal Care Group. Roger
will contribute a wealth of experience and focus
in helping shape our direction in the personal
care marketplace," Alley continued.
