E.T. Horn adds to Sales Force in Expanded Territories
Robert Blackford joins Company’s Coatings
and Building Materials and Advanced Materials Groups

La Mirada, CA - May 22, 2006 - E.T. Horn The E.T. Horn Company, a leading distributor, supplier, marketer, and manufacturer of specialty chemicals, today announced that Robert Blackford has joined the firm as a Senior Account Manager within the Coatings and Building Materials and Advanced Materials Groups. In this position, Mr. Blackford will expand the groups’ sales activities throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Blackford most recently worked as a regional manager for Mozel-Univar in the Southern U.S. Prior to joining Mozel-Univar he was vice president of sales at Crozier-Nelson, an Irving, Texas-based distributor, and held the position of vice president of Ribelin, the largest chemical distributor in the Southwest U.S.

Blackford is an active member of the Dallas Paint & Coatings Association, the Oklahoma Paint & Coatings Association, and the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology. He is also a fellow of the Society of Plastic Engineers.
